My journey
With a background ranging from owning my own retail businesses to management within corporate hospitality, independent hotels and country estates,
I’ve always been really curious about what makes customers tick and the psychology of the sales journey.
During these times, there was always a nagging, a thread that needed pulling, a something else... I saw event managers juggling a million things trying to do everything, reception teams drowning in their never-ending to-do lists, and duty managers trying to be everywhere at once. It made me realise there’s got to be a better way to support them. I just wanted to step in and lighten the load.
I started SL Support for just that reason to help those who feel like they are spinning waaay too many plates or just don't have enough hours in the day to get it all done.
I’ve been super lucky on this journey, teaming up with some amazing businesses and watching them grow. I can’t wait to see what’s next!
